Terms & FAQ's

Order Processing Times 

  • ALL confirmed orders will be reviewed 2 BUSINESS days after received 
  • ALL orders are handmade and made to order.  We DO NOT carry inventory.
  • Our processing time is typically 10-20 BUSINESS days. This DOES not include shipping time. 
  • Orders submitted on HOLIDAYS will take an ADDITIONAL 5 days to process.
  • Once order is completed, you will be emailed shipping confirmation details
  • Due to circumstances out of our control, some beads and precious stones may be out of stock, no longer available, or offered in a new bead.  You will be notified by email if this affects your order.  


Please ensure that you verify your ship to address.  FLP is not responsible for incorrect delivery address information. 

Undeliverable items that are returned to by USPS can be re-shipped at customers expense.  FLP will require a different address.  FLP does not re-ship to the same address as stated undeliverable. 

Once the item(s) leaves FLP fulfillment, we are no longer responsible for your item(s).  FLP is not responsible for missing packages delivered by USPS.

ALL shipments REQUIRE a signature in order to be left at your location.  ALL delivery issues must be filed directly with USPS.  Please utilize the tracking information provided to you via email. 

Our Return/Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receipt.  You will be refunded the total purchase price LESS shipping fees + 10% labor fees.   

Must be returned with all original packaging, with tags attached. 

Apparel, Gift Cards, Limited Edition, and Custom designed pieces CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

  • In the body of the email please include the following; your order number, the reason for your return, and any additional information you may feel we need to know. 
  • Once we receive your return email notification, a pre-paid shipping label. 
  • Please make sure your return address label is also on the outside of your shipping box. 
  • Include all original documentation with your pieces.  Please make a copy for your records.

Please Note: 

  • All original documentation must accompany your return.
  • All original packaging must accompany your return
  • We will credit your original method of payment excluding shipping fee + 10% labor fee.

  1. Is our jewelry waterproof? No. To keep your handmade pieces looking nice, please avoid excessive water exposure.  This is especially important with our macrame pieces.
  2. Do we have waterproof jewelry? Yes. Our 14k gold custom belly chains and precious metals pieces are of course waterproof! We will tag each piece that is waterproof.
  3. Why do we consider our pieces handmade? Because each bead, logo, accent, is placed by hand. We create the design and create each piece as we vision it. 
  4. Why does it take 10-20 BUSINESS days to process and to ship your order? Each piece is made to order.  We do not carry any of our pieces "in stock".
